We are getting inspired! Above are the top 10 colors projected by Pantone for spring 2012. We always look to the color forecast when designing new fabrics, handbags, jewelry, etc. for the next season. If one thing is for sure, here at Unique Batik we get swept away by colors! The names that Pantone comes up with make the colors come to life even more. How does someone come up with “cockatoo” or “solar power”? It reminds us of the infamous Crayola colors in our crayon boxes growing up. Names like “mac and cheese”, “tropical rainforest”, and “jazzberry jam” seemed perfectly normal to color with! We are lucky enough to get paid to play with colors everyday! It is by far the best part of our job! So be inspired and keep an eye out for these colors in our new merchandise coming in spring 2012!
