This jewelry group features coins from around the world that are no longer in circulation. Artisans hand knot the necklace and bracelet cords with a durable waxy thread, and the earrings come with a card to explain the coins’ country and year of issue. Wear as a happy reminder of adventures-past or adventures-to-come!

DIY Macrame Bangles
To promote our NEW Macrame Earrings, shown below, we thought we would throw out a DIY Macrame Bangle tutorial.
Here are a few pictures from the blog: Mary and Patch (http://maryandpatch.blogspot.com/2012/02/bracelets.html), where we found the tutorial posted. Easy enough! Have fun!
Burkina Bangles
Unique Batik sells Burkina Bangles that are crafted in Ghana from grass reeds and recycled plastic cord. Lightweight and cheery, they look great in a stack on your arm.
The image at the top is from the Unique Batik wholesale website. It shows a suggested retail price of $5 for one Burkina Bangle. The bottom image from a major online retailer shows the same bangle for $48.
Striking difference? Yes. Does it matter? Maybe not. What do you think?
